What does the Basic Document Vault hold?

Your company’s important PDFs: formation documents, EIN letters, contracts, business licenses, and tax records. Keep them in your private member workspace.

How does the Compliance Calendar work?

Upload your Articles, review the extracted formation details, and confirm them to create supported state filing dates. Add income tax returns, estimated tax payments, and other important dates confirmed for your business. Reminders appear inside your workspace; no reminder emails are sent automatically.

What do Premium consultations include?

Consultations are included in your Premium membership at no additional consultation fee. We help you understand options, discuss next steps, and recommend websites or local service providers. For example, if you need a company business address, we can point you toward address service websites or local agents.

You choose and work with providers directly. We do not carry out the tasks discussed or referred during a consultation. Third-party services and charges are separate. California registered agent mail receipt and the annual-payment company formation benefit remain the specific included services listed in your plan.

What is included with Premium annual membership?

Premium includes Basic benefits, business consultations, resource referrals, and California registered agent mail receipt. Pay the full annual membership upfront to also receive complimentary California company formation service. You must supply your own company business address.

Government filing fees and third-party charges are confirmed before you authorize a filing.

What is covered by Advanced membership?

Advanced adds custom website work and human-assisted tax preparation to Premium benefits. Your quote confirms the deliverables, tax returns, timing, service fees, government fees, and other agreed services before you enroll.

Coming soon: the new Compliance Calendar, automatic document extraction, expanded PDF vault, and self-service renewal controls. These features are being prepared and are not yet enabled in the live member workspace.

Monthly memberships renew automatically until canceled. Annual membership prices are paid in full upfront. Services apply to the scope of the membership you choose; government fees and third-party costs are described separately.
